We now offer a youth category for artists 18 years and younger. Monetary prizes will be awarded to the school art program of each prize winner. Prize winners will receive a certificate of recognition.
Updated Pricing Structure
To better serve our artists, we have reduced sales commission from to 35% to 25% and introduced a $10 processing fee. You can pay securely with debit or credit when you register online, or include a check if you choose to print and mail your registration.

Artists with active membership in the Friends of T.C. Steele are invited to enter the show. Non-members are welcome to the show after the completion of the membership application.

specifications for artworks
- Up to 2 artworks may be entered but may be limited to 1 displayed work, depending on available space. The entry marked #1 will be hung if only one work is displayed.
- Artwork must be original art, not produced in a class or workshop, and not exhibited in previous Friends of T.C. Steele art shows.
- 2D or 3D art of any medium is accepted, including photographs. 2D artworks are limited to no more than 48” before framing, in any direction. 3D works are limited to 50 lbs. or less.
- 2D works must be dry, framed or fully painted gallery wrap and ready to hang with flat hangers and wire. No sawtooth or screw-eyed hangers. A table will be set up for small 3D works, but artists may bring pedestals or special equipment for display.
- Artworks should be labeled with

- Price (NFS if not for sale)
- Size, with frame.
- Place label on upper left corner of the back of 2D works.
- All works must remain on display until the end of the show.
- The show committee reserves the right to exclude works due to highly objectionable content or non-compliance with specifications.

Morgan Rigaud has worked at the intersection of fine art and high finance for the past eleven years as an IRS-qualified art appraiser valuing tangible personal property in large loss insurance claims and taxable estates. She works with galleries, auction houses, museum professionals, banks, legal professionals, and 11 of the 15 largest insurance companies in North America. She also serves as an art advisor to corporate and private collections in the region, and consultant to the hospitality industry on collection-driven spaces. She received her BA in Art History and Philosophy from Centre College, an MA in Art History from University of Cincinnati’s College of Design Architecture Art and Planning, and a graduate certificate in Fine Art Appraisal from New York University.

Liabilities & Publicity
The BCAG has a security system but the Friends and the BCAG will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the artworks. The artists will be required to sign a form accepting the liability conditions when delivering the artworks. Permission to photograph the artworks and reproduce for publicity purposes is considered granted by the artist.
